CVS-ing How to Guide

Ok, click on the link (above) if you would like to know how to do "the CVS thing" that you hear so much about on the internet and on various coupon/ blog sites. It's really pretty easy, but it's not always so easy for others to explain. BUT - this is a pretty easy to read (and simple) guide for the beginners.... tell me what you think- I would love to hear your thoughts!
